Leaders and organisations are facing many challenges.
The main ones are:
• Lack of care and support for leaders and those in management / leadership
• Lack of assessment and training
• Loss of organizational learning
• Lack of information and networking
• Lack of resources
• Monitoring and evaluation
After we have assessed the need we decide if we can assist in overcoming the specific challenges of a leader and/or organisation.
Based on the needs we offer one-to-one coaching/mentoring as well as group facilitation and support. Self-assessment and evaluation are part of helping leaders as to develop goals that will assist in bringing the desired change within themselves as well as in their organizations.
Areas on which we focus are: relational life coaching and mentoring; facilitating and promoting of organizational development; providing a platform of support, exchange and shared learning; promote and advocate the plight of vulnerable children and families and facilitate the provision of initial resources in order to start projects or organizations. So called Seed Money.
The time that is needed for and support in bringing about the necessary change may vary from a few hours to a number of years depending on the situation. Because our overall goal is to be part of a community collaborating to restore children and families in the image of God, we aim to continue the relationship with the organisation after the conclusion of intervention..
